Seniors will receive their monthly Senior College Clips in their English Classes.  If they did not receive one, they can pick up one in the College Office.  Please note that these are last year senior clips and will be updated throughout the semester.

  • Official class rank and GPA will be available the week of January 21.  

    Seniors have until January 18, 2013 to turn in any official transcripts from

    outside institutions to the counselor.  Please check with your counselor if you

    need to turn in an official transcript.  January 7, 2013


  • Freshmen applicants to UC schools:  If there are changes to a student’s academic record (if a 

    student changes schools, adds or drops a course, or fails to earn a C or better in a course after 

    submitting the application), the student must notify — by mail — the UC Application Center.  We 

    encourage students to explain the reason(s) for the academic record updates in the letter.


    The letter must also include the student’s name, UC Application ID number and signature, and will 

    be shared with all the campuses the student applied to. Mail to:

  • Send your SAT or ACT scores to all schools NOW. You must order them through www.collegeboard.org or actstudent.org

 

  • Check your email daily.


  • Your CAL GRANT GPA has been uploaded to the CSAC (California Aid Commission). You need to file the FAFSA by March 2.  If your name on school records is different from the Social Security Card, please come to the college office and talk to Mrs. Yi or Mrs. Ulibarri


  • High School GPA will be available for Seniors October 22. This will be the official GPA reported to colleges.  October 17, 2012


  • We encourage you to calculate your own UC/CSU GPAs.  You can use these sites:

  • Workshops will be offered from Periods 1-4 on Thursdays in the College Office. 
  • You can pick the time that works for you. Please sign up for only one period. 
  • You must get your pink permission slip signed by your teachers before attending any workshops.
